Various tests has been carried out to ensure the quality of end product such as Colour Fastness, Light Fastness, Washing Fastness, Tearing Strength, Martindale Abrasion Resistance for every lot.Thorough testing/checking of Yarn before weaving for Count, Blend, Twist, Strength and shade to weave correct fabric.
stringent quality checks at every stage of production:
Each batch of yarn is tested and assured for overall quality, such as- evenness, barring, strength and yarn count.
100% grey fabric checked for knitting and yarn faults.
Before cutting, each dye lot is checked for shrinkage, color fastness & its gsm.
During stitching, strict on-line monitoring of overall quality by experienced Quality Control Supervisors.
After stitching, each piece of made-up is checked twice by two separate Quality Controllers to ensure that no article with even minor defects is shipped.

following are the LABORATORY TESTS perform on the fabrics:
tensile properties of fabric: Strip method: 5 Warp and 5 weft specimens are conditioned and tested according to BS EN ISO 13934-1: 1999 textiles tensile properties of fabric-part1, for the determination of maximum force and elongation at maximum force using the strip method.
cuprammonium fluidity: For the determination of the cuprammonium fluidity of cotton and certain cellulosic man-made fibers.
dimensional change washing: The fabric is conditioned then marked and measured according to clause 6 of BS EN ISO 3759:1995.
determination of linear density of yarn removed from fabric: The specimens are conditioned and tested according to ISO 7211/5-1984 textiles – woven fabrics –method of analysis – part5.
